JY Series Fully Automatic Hydraulic Driving Servo Streching Cup Bowl Making Machine is suitable for producing plastic cup bowl box containers and lids. This machine is controlled by thermoforming and hydraulic technology, with our years of machine manufacturing experience to successfully develop this new generation high efficiency and energy saving machine. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and Servo system (Equipped with a stretching servo motor), the positioning is more accurate and the thermoforming is more stable. The machine has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, high grade of finished products. This machine is mainly used in production of PP PS PE PET HIPS PLA thermoplastic sheet with positive pressure forming to become different kinds of jelly cups, beverage cups, packaging boxes high grade containers, and so on...

FEATURES AT A GLANCE

JY850-560 Fully Automatic Hydraulic Driving and Servo Stretching Cup Bowl Making Thermoforming Machine

1. Standard 100x100 square tube machine frame, cast steel mould station, fixed upper mould is fastened by nuts;
2. Mould stand open and closure adopts four columns five pivots mechanism, Bearings are HRB;
3. Main pneumatic components adopt Japan SMC solenoid valves;

4. Main power adopts 20KW AC motor driving, Sheet stretching adopts SIEMENS 11KW servo driving;
5. Sheet feeding device adopts planetary gear and AC 4.4KW AC motor controller;
6. Lubrication system adopts fully automatic lubricating device;
7. Caterpillar track adopts fully closed structure with cooling installation, manual adjust sheet width;
8. The heating system adopts high quality domestic ceramic far infrared heaters, stainless steel up & down heating furnaces. Up furnace 12 pcs lengthways, down furnace 11 pcs lengthways, total 20 zones temperature control. Furnace withdrawing adopts precision guide rails, which is more stable;
9. Air supply adopts Air source triplet, the airflow of cup blowing on the mould stand can be adjusted;
10. Clamping mould mechanism includes up fixed mould plate, movable middle plate and 4 guide pillars. The guide pillars adopt 45# hard chrome plated surface;
11. Four columns five pivots connecting rod clamping unit, clamping stroke ≤240mm;
12. Heating furnaces can be forward or backward in cross or longitudinal direction, guide rails adopt Taiwan HIWIN;

13. Cup in-and-out action is controlled by Taiwan AirTAC cylinder.
